All in-stock monogram or motif orders will ship within 2 weeks of order placement.

I don’t want a monogram, when will my order ship?

All in-stock orders with no monogram or motif will ship within 3 business days of order placement.

How much will shipping cost?

All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Shipping charges are determined by the number of bags you ordered. Charges will show at checkout.

Can I expedite my order?

Can I return my monogrammed bag?

No, bags with a monogram can not be returned. Please choose all monograms carefully.

Can I return a bag with no monogram?

Yes, we will be happy to accept your return within 14 days of receipt of your bag. Please ring 859.425.9969 on how to proceed with a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
